Reclamation
Before submitting a reclamation form, the customer should verify that the Installation and Maintenance manual has been complied with. The instructions should be read through thoroughly.- Has the door been stored correctly?
- Have any possible transportation defects been reported immediately on the bill of freight/waybill?
- Has the door been installed correctly?(straight leaf, frame properly installed)
- If there seems to be a problem with the Abloy locking device, please take contact with your nearest accredited Abloy dealer.
