Reclamation

Before submitting a reclamation form, the customer should verify that the Installation and Maintenance manual has been complied with. The instructions should be read through thoroughly.
  • Has the door been stored correctly?
  • Have any possible transportation defects been reported immediately on the bill of freight/waybill?
  • Has the door been installed correctly?(straight leaf, frame properly installed)
  • If there seems to be a problem with the Abloy locking device, please take contact with your nearest accredited Abloy dealer.
If the reclamation is proven to be false or unjustified, the filer of the reclamation will be charged.
